Does Gymie hold the money?

No. Payments go to your own Stripe or Xendit account. Gymie charges a flat monthly price.

Which payment methods can members use?

Cards everywhere, PayNow in Singapore, DuitNow and FPX in Malaysia, and QRIS and virtual accounts in Indonesia. The desk also records cash and bank transfers.

Can members pay part of a bill?

Yes. Part payments are recorded against the bill, and anything paid over becomes account credit.

When do WhatsApp reminders start?

At launch. Until then, reminders go by email with the same pay link.
